Our products are custom made especially for each customer.  Our goal is to make the ordering process as easy, and more importantly, as fun for you as possible.  You will be working with a real person dedicated to providing you outstanding customer service.  Follow these simple steps:

      1. Browse…

         Browse through our product categories to see examples of our
         finished products to get ideas for your unique project.

         For our custom framed products, view our FRAME STYLES, MAT STYLES AND
         AND PRICING.

      2. Tell us what you want…

         Call or email us to place your order and discuss your project details.
         If you desire, we will be happy to assist you with frame and mat selections.

         When your order is placed, we will ask you to provide, if applicable, the text you
         want engraved, your photograph(s) and/or the artwork needed for your project.

      3. We begin the creative process…

         • We design the layout and create an engraving proof for your review.

         • Once approved, we begin work on your project.

         • Your project will ship in 7-10 business days.

            NOTE: When ordering PHOTOGRAPH / MEMORY BOXES plain,
            without engraving, no engraving proofs or approval are needed. We will ship
            the selected item and when received you can easily place your photograph
            behind the glass window.
